Process: The subfloor is fully smoothed, then the sheet vinyl is carefully cut, fitted, and glued down. Seams are sealed for a clean, water-resistant finish.
Carpet
Process: Carpet padding is installed first, followed by stretching and securing the carpet wall-to-wall. Seams are carefully joined and edges are trimmed for a smooth finish.
vinyl composition tile (vct)
Process: The subfloor is thoroughly cleaned, leveled, and prepped to meet strict flatness requirements. VCT tiles are installed using pressure-sensitive adhesive, rolled for proper bond, then allowed to cure before being sealed and finished with commercial-grade floor finish.
Laminate Flooring
Process: A moisture barrier and underlayment are installed first, followed by a floating click-lock system. Expansion gaps are left around the edges and finished with trim and transitions.
Carpet Tile
Process: Individual carpet tiles are laid using adhesive or a floating system. This allows for easy replacement of damaged sections and is common in commercial spaces.

Process: The subfloor is thoroughly cleaned, leveled, and prepped before a commercial-grade adhesive is applied. The carpet is carefully laid into the adhesive, rolled to ensure full contact, and seams are heat-bonded for a tight, secure finish.
